Please reach anytime if you have questions about membership or our directory.
This new directory is just the start of a series of improvements to make it easier for people to discover your professional listing. Visitors can filter by location, herbalism style, and more. Members can access and create or edit listings connected to their account.
- Invitation Required: Please check your email for a invitation link to the directory. This gives you access to your listing where you can make edits and view (or create) your associate, school, registered herbalist, or institution profile.
- Use your AHG email to access:
- When you see the login screen, enter your AHG membership email to get the confirmation link.
- Click the link to verify and you're in! No password required.
- Click "my listings" in the account menu. Then, you can see your listing and click "manage listing" to make changes.
- If it doesn't, please scroll to the bottom and create a listing.
- If you do not see options you expect, you may have another email address associated with your AHG account and we need to merge them (see below).
If you have multiple email accounts connected to AHG then we would love to merge your accounts with your preferred email. You likely have multiple email accounts with AHG...
- If you received this email twice, to two inboxes.
- You see an error when attempting to access the directory such as "no email found". Please make sure you're using the correct account.
- You do not see the listing you expected to see in your "my listings" page.
Our new directory and member portal is a chance to merge these accounts. Please let us know which email address you prefer and we can ensure listings are properly connected.
To create a listing in the AHG directory, you must first have an active membership with the American Herbalists Guild (AHG).
Here in the directory, simply sign up for an account with the same email address associated with your AHG membership. You’ll be sent an email where you can click a link to login. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Listings" in the menu. This is where you can view your active listings and create new ones.
Follow the provided links to add your listing, ensuring you input all required information. Members with registered herbalist, school, or institution memberships can create public listings accessible through the AHG website, while associate members can create internal listings.
After completing your listing, the AHG team will review your submission and, once approved, your listing will be visible in the directory.
Use the search function with location filters. The directory offers several ways to find herbalists, schools, or institutions you’re looking to connect with. Along with the search field you can select a combination of attributes such as herbalism style, US State, etc…
If available, utilize the contact information provided in the listing. This may include email addresses, phone numbers, or website links. Remember to respect the herbalist's preferred method of communication and any guidelines they've specified in their listing.
The AHG directory has a strict no-solicitation policy. Members are prohibited from using the directory to send unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or promotional materials to other members. This policy ensures that the directory remains a professional resource for connecting with herbalists and not a platform for unwanted marketing. Violations of this policy may result in the removal of listing privileges or other actions as determined by AHG.
